PerkinElmer relocated its Illinois offices from 2000 York Road in Oak Brook to Corridors I in Downers Grove. J.C. Anderson was hired to complete the 20,000 square foot build-out to the new space, which included large conference rooms, private offices, open workstations, a new pantry and modifying the existing layout to create a more open office environment. Construction also featured the addition of eight laboratory showrooms with extensive ventilation and lab gas connections.
