This project included a 23,000 SF office space and 85,000 SF warehouse. The new office included private offices, collaborative areas, break rooms, locker rooms and an executive conference room. The warehouse included all new electrical service and distribution, new LED lighting, life safety, roof top units, heating units and rework to the dock and delivery areas.
