This project was completed in a single-story brick office building on the Lincoln Park Campus. This was a complete demo of the interior to allow for slab removal/trenching and new waste lines and conduit. All new MEPs were installed along with new roof top units and drainage. The facility now houses a mixture of teaching spaces and offices.
