WORK
NEW OFFICE AND TRANSFER STAIR
The 28th floor includes a fully integrated videoconferencing boardroom, multiple conference rooms, pantry area, elevator lobby and open ceiling concept. The 27th floor includes a technology filled multi-purpose training room with video conferencing and Moderfold system, multiple conference rooms, pantry area, elevator lobby and staircase connecting to the 28th floor. The 26th floor included new offices and finishes in select areas.

RESULT
This was a fast-paced project and JCA made sure to maintain a high-level of communication from the beginning. Long lead items were ordered early to meet the schedule and resolutions to any issues were addressed immediately. The structural complexity and coordination of the open staircase took precise coordination and completion was achieved two weeks ahead of schedule.
