525 W Van Buren

The project located at 525 West Van Buren included a complete renovation of the building lobby, which included the demolition of existing conditions to build-out a new stairway and lounge, as well as relocating the main security desk and installing new flooring and architectural enhancements to the space. Special coordination was required with the architect due to mandated vendors that were located on the East Coast. The space now features a GFRC cladded stair with powder coated metal features throughout, imported marble floor and wall tile.
