J.C. Anderson Completes Tenant Improvements for Pernod Ricard at Oakbrook Terrace Tower

J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed interior renovations on behalf of Pernod Ricard USA, LLC within the Oakbrook Terrace Tower in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. Property owner and manager Equity Office selected J.C. Anderson, Inc. to complete the tenant improvements to the space on the 21st floor within the 31-story, iconic, Class A suburban office building,

Renovations of the office space included the construction of work stations, phone rooms, a newly renovated kitchen and conference rooms. J.C. Anderson, Inc. also constructed wood accent ceilings and completed the space with modern, high-end finishes. The new offices for the wine and spirits company feature open ceilings, dramatic accent lighting and extensive millwork throughout the space.

Seth Erlich of J.C. Anderson led the construction team as project executive with Andrew Mott, assistant project manager and Bill Dennison, project superintendent. Architectural services were provided by Whitney Architects.
