J.C. Anderson Completes New Mizkan America, Inc. Headquarters in Schaumburg

J.C. Anderson proudly announces the successful completion of the new North American headquarters for Mizkan America, Inc., located in Schaumburg, Illinois. The project marks a significant milestone for the organization as it transitions from its longtime home in Mount Prospect to a modern corporate environment designed to support continued growth, innovation, and collaboration.

Situated within Woodfield Corporate Center, the new headquarters encompasses approximately 50,000 square feet across multiple levels. J.C. Anderson led the comprehensive interior build-out, transforming the space into a highly functional, forward-thinking workplace aligned with Mizkan America’s culture and long-term strategic goals.

A defining feature of the completed project is a state-of-the-art Experience Center that includes a flexible event space and a unique area designed for food tastings. Designed to foster engagement and connection, this area supports internal collaboration as well as partner and stakeholder interaction. The headquarters also features a mix of private offices, open collaboration areas, conference rooms, and enhanced employee amenities that promote flexibility, productivity, and employee well-being.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson’s was led by Project Executive Jon Zawiski, Project Manager Desiree Kupchek and Superintendent Dave Meier. IDG provided architectural services.
