J.C. Anderson is proud to announce the completion of a new office build-out for EQT Exeter, located at 320 S. Canal Street in Chicago, IL.
The scope of work included construction of a welcoming new reception area, glass-front private offices, a modern conference room, and a fully built-out breakroom highlighted by a custom millwork entry feature. The design emphasizes transparency, functionality, and a refined professional aesthetic aligned with EQT Exeter’s brand and workplace needs.
Working closely with EWP Architects and the project team, J.C. Anderson delivered the space with careful attention to detail, coordination, and quality craftsmanship, creating an environment that supports collaboration and daily operations while making a strong first impression for visitors.
