J.C. Anderson has completed construction of Forth’s new workplace at 150 N. Martingale in Schaumburg, delivering a dynamic and flexible environment that supports the company’s day-to-day operations while reinforcing its culture and brand.

The build-out includes a combination of dedicated and flexible work areas, private offices, conference rooms, huddle spaces, and phone rooms to support both in-person and virtual work. A centrally located employee café serves as the organizational anchor of the space, connecting key collaboration areas and drawing in natural light.

Shared spaces surrounding the café see strong daily use, accommodating everything from informal discussions to focused individual work and phone rooms are an essential feature, addressing the needs of a hybrid workforce and providing privacy for virtual meetings.

“From the start, this project was about understanding how Forth’s team works and translating that into a space that functions smoothly every day,” said Matt Kantro, Project Executive at J.C. Anderson. “Strong collaboration with the design team and client allowed us to deliver a workplace that balances flexibility, efficiency, and long-term usability.”

J.C. Anderson’s project team was led by Project Executive Matt Kantro, Project Manager Kevin Krupchak and Superintendent Dave Meier. Cresa served as the project manager, with Whitney providing architectural services.
