J.C. Anderson is proud to announce the successful completion of a new Class A office space for a Confidential Client located at 2056 Westings Avenue in Naperville, Illinois.
Designed by architecture firm Partners By Design, the modern workplace delivers a highly functional and collaborative environment. The office features primarily open workstation areas, an executive office, conference rooms of various sizes, huddle and phone rooms, a welcoming reception area, café/break area, training rooms, and supporting spaces throughout. The design incorporates an open-ceiling concept utilizing K-13 insulation to provide effective acoustic control while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
J.C. Anderson’s project team was led by Project Executive Brian Vogt, Project Manager Matt Schumacher and Superintendent Dave Panfil. Turner & Townsend served as the project manager, with CBRE providing property management services.
A key component of the project was the early-release package. The completed office now serves as a vital regional hub for the company, fostering collaboration, innovation, and future growth.
