J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce the successful completion of multiple interior buildouts for a Confidential Client at Aon Center, located at 200 E. Randolph in downtown Chicago. The series of fast-paced projects totaled 129,000 square feet across four floors and were completed within a condensed fast-paced schedule.
The collaborative effort with renowned architectural firm Perkins + Will resulted in a fresh, modernized work environment, including extensive upgrades to conference areas, open workspaces, and executive offices. Highlights of the transformation include:
- Glass-front private offices
- Open office floorplans with integrated collaboration zones
- High-end Tambour-finished Barista/Cafe Lounge
- Breakrooms and state-of-the-art conference rooms with custom ceilings and millwork
- Newly refreshed elevator lobbies
- Reception areas redesigned on each floor for an elevated arrival experience
Two of the standout components of the work was the completion of the Executive Area and Barista/Café Lounge, where attention to detail and finish quality were paramount. The project demanded thoughtful sequencing and careful management of occupied building conditions, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding tenants.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive Matt Kantro, Project Manager Cameron Helfogt and Superintendent Glenn Panfil. Architectural Services were led by Perkins + Will.
