This week we wish JCA President/COO Steve Boulukos well as he begins his new adventures in retirement. With a career spanning an impressive 37 years with JCA, Steve has played an integral role in shaping the company’s success and continuing its 144-year legacy.
Starting as a carpenter in the field in 1986, Steve eventually transitioned into the office in 2001 as a Project Manager, then in 2006 as a Vice President and 2011 as COO.
Throughout his tenure at JCA, Steve has played a pivotal role in driving our company’s success. His unwavering commitment and dedication have had a transformative impact on our organization and his passion for preserving the legacy of JCA is truly commendable. His steadfast commitment to upholding the core principles upon which JCA was built sets an exemplary standard for all who have had the privilege of working with him.
Steve’s role as a mentor and educator has also been instrumental in shaping the next generation of JCA’s leadership team. His deep understanding of the industry, combined with his coaching, has empowered emerging leaders to navigate challenges and seize opportunities effectively.
