J.C. Anderson has held a multi-year partnership with DePaul University to provide facility upgrades and renovations during the summer months at the Chicago campus.
Campus projects have included renovations to libraries, labs, technology cafes, the athletic center and welcome center. We have also completed updates to student housing, restrooms, kitchens, lounges and administration offices. COVID plexi-glass was also installed throughout both Chicago campuses in 2020.
In addition to capital improvement projects, JCA has successfully completed over 400,000 SF of interior renovations across both campuses supporting the universities growth and development.
