J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a café renovation for Woodfield Corporate Center at 475 N. Martingale in Schaumburg.
The project brings an all-new dining area & lounge area for tenants, including new kitchen equipment and food prep stations. A complete demo was done of the existing café and lounge to make way for new high-end lounge and seating area.
J.C. Anderson worked with the project team to meet all project budget goals through strategic value engineering. This was a fast-tracked project to bring the new café to tenants as soon as possible. Challenges included unforeseen existing conditions and kitchen equipment coordination, but the project was completed on schedule in 19 weeks.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Vice President Joe Maguire, Senior Project Manager Brian Vogt and Superintendent Joe Rojas. Project management is provided by Lincoln Property Company and architectural services were provided Wright Heerema Architects.
