This project included the interior renovation to 35,000 SF of open office space to create multiple unique, higher-end collaboration rooms and zones. These new collaboration areas are very technology-heavy and required detailed coordination. Also included in this program is the build-out of a new test kitchen located on the 76th floor, which included new black iron risers up through the 82nd floor.
