J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete an office build-out at 20 N Martingale Road in Schaumburg for Primient.
Primient is a leading producer of food and industrial ingredients. Construction will consist of a full demolition and reconstruction of their new space in Schaumburg to facilitate a hybrid work environment for employees. Set for completion in May 2023, the space will include a reception, board room, private offices, open office workstations, collaboration areas, enclosed meeting spaces, focus rooms, and a café/town hall meeting space.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson will be led by Vice President John Angelovich, Senior Project Manager Josh Smith and Superintendent Mike Diduch. CBRE will provide project management services along with architectural services.
