J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 19,000 SF build-out for IMEG at 263 Shuman Boulevard in Naperville.

IMEG is a national engineering and design consulting company specializing in high-performing building systems, infrastructure, consulting and advisory services.

J.C. Anderson completed the new office build-out which included a new reception space, conference rooms, huddle areas and a large open office area. The original space also featured a corridor which overlooked a large atrium. J.C. Anderson converted the existing corridor to a glass-sided conference room for IMEG that now overlooks the atrium, giving the occupants a very unique view. A café/coworking area was also mechanically reconfigured to feature 30-foot-tall ceilings.

“IMEG performed their own engineering on the new office space, which provided a unique collaboration on this particular project,” said JCA Project Executive Seth Erlich. “The team worked together to achieve all schedule milestones and we’re happy to have helped deliver such a beautiful new space for the IMEG team.”

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Erlich, Assistant Project Manager Cameron Helfogt and Superintendent Steve Perry. GREC Architects provided the architectural services.
