J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a multi-phased lobby and courtyard build-out at Riverway East, 6133 N. River Road in Rosemont, Illinois.
Originally built in 1987 and renovated in 2016, Riverway East is an 11-story, Class A, 284,241-square-foot office building. J.C. Anderson was hired to complete a build-out to the property’s courtyard as well as a multi-phased, high-end lobby renovation.
Construction included a courtyard upgrade including a new fireplace, landscaping, as well as a phased lobby build-out. The space also features large format tile installed on three-story high atrium walls along with a custom built continuous light fixture expanding over 40’ long and 10’ high. The addition of multiple suspended light fixtures, millwork and alcove lighting and natural light shining through the atrium create an inviting ambiance to the newly renovated lobby.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive John Angelovich, Project Manager Kayla McKinney and Superintendent Gary Kuechler. Wright Heerema provided the architectural services and Cushman & Wakefield provided the project management for ownership.
