J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a spec suite, corridor and restroom build-out for Tishman Speyer at CME Center Chicago, 10 South Wacker.

CME Center Chicago consists of two twin, 40-story Class A towers with over two-million-square-feet of LEED Gold space. J.C. Anderson was hired to complete a build-out to the property’s spec suites, corridors and restrooms on the 29th floor. We recently completed a similar project on the building’s 13th floor.

Construction will include renovating the building standard elevator lobby and corridor with new wood slat ceilings as well as a restroom refresh. The existing tenant space will be converted into a spec suite with perimeter private offices, space for interior workstations, huddle rooms, break area and conference rooms. The space will feature open ceilings and glass fronts on all offices, as well as an oval reception area with specialty drapery track. Although many of the building standard finishes have been discontinued, J.C. Anderson is working with their trade partners and building Ownership to find similar alternates that will match the standards and meet the tight deadline for this project.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive Joe Maguire, Project Manager Kevin Krupchak and Superintendent John Spinasanto. Charlie Greene Studio is providing the architectural services.
