J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a spec suite build-out at Oak Brook Regency Towers, 1415 W. 22nd in Oak Brook.
The Regency Towers are two multi-story Class A office buildings joined by a one-story retail concourse. J.C. Anderson was hired to complete the spec suites which are set up for multi-tenant occupancy. Construction consisted of a complete full-floor renovation. The space now includes new common area bathrooms, a kitchenette, conference rooms, as well as open and closed offices. Two new reception areas were added at each end of the elevator corridor and four breakrooms in each corner of the floorplan. Features include specialty lighting throughout with linear inlaid lighting in the kitchenette spaces and hexagonal linear lighting in the open office areas.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive Joe Hynes and Superintendent John Spinasanto. Project Management was provided by JLL and BE Architects provided the architectural services.
