J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete renovations for DePaul University at 14 E Jackson in Chicago.
The University will be restacking multiple offices and faculty to consolidate and more efficiently use their space. The build-outs will include modification and layout changes along with new carpet, paint and office rework to accommodate faculty members. The biggest challenge will be to stay on top of scheduling and turnover dates so that all moving sequences stay on track. The projects are to be completed in January 2022.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive Joe Maguire, Senior Project Manager Larry Regovic and Superintendents Steve Perry, Dave Abbinante and Ryan Kingsmill. Vasilko Architects & Associates, Inc. is providing the architectural services.
