J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete two white boxes and two spec suites at Riverway Rosemont, 6133 N. River Road and 9399 W. Higgins Road.
Riverway is an 870,000 square foot premier Class A commercial office property located in Rosemont, Illinois. J.C. Anderson was hired to complete a build-out which includes two white boxes and two spec suites at both addresses. Spec suite 925 will include a large open office space with easy access to the new pantry. Spec suite 600 will include a large board room, private offices and open office space. The new finishes will provide a bright and welcoming work environment. The projects are slated to be completed in December 2021.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive John Angelovich, Project Manager Kayla McKinney and Superintendent Gary Kuechler. Whitney is providing the architectural services.
