J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 179,000 square foot, multi-floor office renovation for West Monroe at 311 W. Monroe Street in Chicago. The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive John Angelovich, Senior Project Manager Matt Kantro and Superintendent Darrel Panfil. Garnett provided the architectural services.
Founded in 2002, West Monroe is a national consulting firm with eight offices throughout the United States and more than 1,600 professionals. Relocating from 222 W. Adams Street in Chicago, J.C. Anderson, Inc. was selected to complete a 179,000 square foot, multi-floor build-out for the firm’s new office in The Loop. The construction, throughout the expanse of 26 weeks, included the addition of offices, open office areas, phone rooms, conference rooms and collaborative work areas. The multi-floor build-out included a break room on each floor, top-of-the-line AV equipment and custom, and Chicago-themed graphic wall coverings. The 14th floor now includes a reception area, specialty hex ceiling above the café seating, an IT bar, as well as a new staircase leading up to the 15th floor, which now houses a large training room with custom millwork, video conferencing and a Skyfold – a fully automatic dividing wall to make the space flexible. J.C. Anderson also completed a build-out for West Monroe in 2016 at its previous address at 222 W. Adams Street.
311 W. Monroe Street is a 15-story, 382,490 square foot office building in The Loop. The headquarters building offers exterior signage and a highly visible and customizable lobby video screen. The property features a private lobby entrance and a modern design.
