J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a 32,576 square foot spec suite build-out for Glenstar at 141 W. Jackson Boulevard (Chicago Board of Trade Building) in Chicago.

Located in Chicago’s Loop, the Chicago Board of Trade Building was built in 1930 and was designated a historic landmark in 1978. The building is widely known for its art deco architecture and state-of-the-art infrastructure.

J.C. Anderson was hired to complete a build-out to the property’s spec suites on the 13th floor. Construction will include renovating seven spec suites as well as the elevator lobby and common corridor. The spec suites range from 2,300 square feet up to 7,500 square feet and include conference rooms, private offices, huddle rooms, break rooms and open office areas. This will be the third spec suite project at this location for J.C. Anderson, with more than 50,000 square feet completed from 2016 to early 2020.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive Joe Maguire, Project Manager Larry Regovic and Superintendent Jose Verduzco. MRSA Architects & Planners is providing the architectural services.
