J.C. Anderson Completes Office Renovation at 222 N. LaSalle for Near North Title

J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed an office renovation for Near North Title Group at 222 N. LaSalle Street in Chicago.

Near North Title Group is a fully integrated title, escrow, construction and 1031 exchange company that has been offering clients a comprehensive portfolio of national, commercial and residential title services for over 30 years.  As one of the largest title agents in the Midwest, Near North Title Group provides customized solutions for a broad scope of title and escrow needs, leveraging years of industry expertise and underwriter relationships that allow for the utmost flexibility in facilitating even the most complex real estate transactions.

The build-out to the 26-story property’s 6th floor included the addition of a secured reception entry with a backlit logo for client facing meetings and appointments and a large collaboration break area. The new space features exposed ceilings with sound insulation, decorative lighting, exposed concrete as well as open and closed glass front offices. Near North Title Group is relocating to its new space from the 1st floor of 222 N. LaSalle.

The J.C. Anderson team was led by Project Executive Joe Maguire, Project Manager Mike Ruffolo and Superintendent Joe Rojas. Eastlake Studio provided the architectural services.
