J.C. Anderson Completes Phased Office Build-Out for Law Firm, McGuireWoods, In Chicago

J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a phased, multi-floor office renovation project for McGuireWoods at 77 W. Wacker Drive in Chicago.

A full-service firm providing legal and public affairs solutions to corporate, individual and nonprofit clients worldwide for more than 200 years collectively, McGuireWoods includes more than 1,100 lawyers in 22 offices across the United States and Europe.

The firm selected J.C. Anderson to complete an office build-out for its Chicago office to modernize its existing space and fit the needs of the growing firm. Construction featured renovation of four floors including new team rooms, collaboration areas, coffee bars, pantries, a high-end café, as well as private offices.

“As a result of the team’s high level of communication and coordination, McGuireWoods was able to carry on with business as usual during the build-out,” said J.C. Anderson Project Manager Matt Kantro.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive John Angelovich, Project Manager Matt Kantro and Superintendent Mark Zawadka. Gensler provided the architectural services.
