J.C. Anderson to Complete 35,000 SF Renovation for Coyote Logistics New Regional Headquarters in Chicago

J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a 35,000 square foot square foot renovation project for Coyote Logistics’ new regional headquarters at 2545 W. Diversey Parkway in Chicago.

Coyote selected J.C. Anderson to build-out its 2nd floor expansion and create an environment tailored to the firm’s unique and energetic culture. Scheduled for completion in June 2019, construction will include the complete installation of interior planning and finishes, including drywall, doors, hardware, non-structural drop ceilings, lighting, miscellaneous electrical and millwork. Once complete, the new space will feature office and support space as well as an executive area and customer lounge.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive Joe Maguire, Project Manager Mike Ruffolo and Superintendent Steve Perry. Partners by Design is providing the architectural services and MBRE is providing PM services.
