J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 108,000 square foot office/warehouse build-out for Glass Solutions, Inc. at 960 Maplewood Drive in Itasca, Illinois.
Founded in 1999, Glass Solutions, Inc. selected J.C. Anderson to complete a renovation to its office/warehouse, which consisted of a 23,000 square foot office build-out and an 85,000 square foot warehouse build-out. Construction to the office included the addition of new private offices, a collaboration area, executive conference room, break room as well as new locker rooms.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Project Executive Seth Erlich, Assistant Project Manager Andrew Mott, and Superintendent Steve Perry. Scot Ferguson of Antunovich Associates provided the architectural services.
