J.C. Anderson to Complete 31,000 SF Build-Out at 55 E. Monroe Street in Chicago

J.C. Anderson is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a 30,824 square foot spec suite build-out for GlenStar Properties, LLC at 55 E. Monroe Street in Chicago .

Located one-half block west of Michigan Avenue, 55 E. Monroe is at the epicenter of Chicago’s government, financial, entertainment, technology and residential districts. The 1.3 million square foot office tower  offers its tenants outstanding amenities and protected views of Lake Michigan, Grant Park, Millennium Park and the city skyline. J.C. Anderson was hired to complete a build-out to the property’s spec suites.

Construction will include the addition of open offices, pantries and conference rooms to the suites. Scheduled for completion in August, the new spec suites will feature metal mesh suspended ceilings, Acoustic Lightart lighting fixtures, glass office fronts with film, and four different wallcoverings throughout.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by Project Executive John Angelovich, Project Manager Adam Bellin and Superintendent Joe Rojas. Nelson is providing the architectural services and GlenStar is providing project management services.
