Procore is a web-based team collaboration portal that streamlines project communications and documentation, improving efficiency by connecting JCA’s field and office. We use Procore for documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, submittals and RFIs, all of which is accessible to the entire project team, providing total transparency to all stakeholders. The real-time data and streamlined accessibility gives you access to the status of your project 24/7, minimizing costly risks and helping to ensure the projects stays on schedule.
OpenSpace uses 360-degree cameras, computer vision and AI to capture a complete visual record of your jobsite, share it via the cloud, and track progress remotely. JCA will upload weekly progress photos and videos of your project, allowing you to virtually walk the site and track progress from wherever you log in. With Splitscreen, you can compare between dates to see photos of what was in place before ceilings were installed or drywall was placed. On site, use Reveal Mode on your mobile device to compare current and past conditions. OpenSpace provides our clients with an objective, indisputable and complete visual record of your asset that you can use to manage stakeholders—and manage risk—throughout the entire lifecycle of your space.
