TECHNOLOGY

Sage 300 is the cornerstone of our management reporting system. This project management software provides live updates on all aspects of responsibility, coordination, and accountability, clearly identifying action items for our team. From change orders to invoices to cost tracking, Sage 300 allows us to stay on top of project costs in real time and access project reporting from both the office and the field. With a proactive and and collaborative approach to each project, Sage 300 helps to ensure all project expectations are clear.

Integrating with Sage 300, Sage Project Center provides a secure, central online collaboration hub where JCA can collect, share, distribute, track, and take action on all project-related information. The results are smoother projects that end on time, on budget, and with less risk. This portal keeps a traceable record of every action performed on the job, and our project team uses it to share, track, and find documents they need to bring your project to completion.

Procore is a web-based team collaboration portal that streamlines project communications and documentation, improving efficiency by connecting JCA’s field and office. We use Procore for documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, submittals and RFIs, all of which is accessible to the entire project team, providing total transparency to all stakeholders. The real-time data and streamlined accessibility gives you access to the status of your project 24/7, minimizing costly risks and helping to ensure the projects stays on schedule.

OpenSpace uses 360-degree cameras, computer vision and AI to capture a complete visual record of your jobsite, share it via the cloud, and track progress remotely. JCA will upload weekly progress photos and videos of your project, allowing you to virtually walk the site and track progress from wherever you log in. With Splitscreen, you can compare between dates to see photos of what was in place before ceilings were installed or drywall was placed. On site, use Reveal Mode on your mobile device to compare current and past conditions. OpenSpace provides our clients with an objective, indisputable and complete visual record of your asset that you can use to manage stakeholders—and manage risk—throughout the entire lifecycle of your space. OpenSpace also provides a ‘digital twin’ offline deliverable file at the end of the project that your team can access at any time in the future. All of the data is yours!
