Bill has 31 years of construction experience of construction experience with 27 years at J.C. Anderson, Inc. Bill is an extremely talented finish carpenter, well organized and strives to set up his projects for maximum productivity and safety. He schedules material deliveries and manpower in an organized manner to insure that the project’s flow meets its milestone dates, and ultimately the project’s substantial completion date. Not only does Bill strive on meeting crucial deadlines, his strict demand of quality is never compromised. Bill is an excellent communicator and works within the team’s framework.

Clint is an accomplished business development specialist with 10 years of experience in the construction industry, three of which have been spent at J.C. Anderson, Inc. Greg has 23 years of construction experience, with the past twenty-six years as a Project Superintendent at J.C. Anderson, Inc., Greg has direct responsibility for the onsite management of some of J.C. Anderson, Inc.’s largest and most challenging projects. Greg’s keen ability to set up projects for success makes him stand out from his peers. Not only does Greg establish project schedule milestones with our subcontractors, but he monitors and updates progress weekly with these Subcontractor Foremen, as well. This on-going communication with key trades ensures schedules are met, high quality is achieved, and safety remains a daily focus.

Glenn has 34 years of construction experience, thirty-one years of which have been spent at J.C. Anderson, Inc., including eight years as General Superintendent. Glenn’s in depth knowledge of all areas of the construction process, along with his leadership and problem solving skills, enable him to meet and exceed the goals set before him, no matter how significant the challenge is while maintaining the quality and excellence that is synonymous with the J.C. As a union carpenter with twenty-six years of experience, the last 24 years at J.C. Anderson, Inc., Darrel has been exposed to all aspects of corporate interior build-outs. He is respected by subcontractors and vendors for his knowledge, ability to communicate and coordinate aggressive construction schedules, while maintaining quality and safety.

Bob has 28 years of construction experience, of which the past twenty-five years have been with J.C. Anderson, Inc. Bob is a skilled builder and supervisor of the construction process. Bob has managed many large fast track, high end build outs and is widely recognized by sub-contractors and clients for his outstanding knowledge and professionalism.

Sergio has 19 years of construction experience at J.C. Anderson, Inc. starting as a first year apprentice. Sergio has worked his way up to his current role of General Superintendent overseeing 100 carpenters, laborers, tapers and apprentices on a daily basis. Sergio understands the building process from his days as a carpenter and a superintendent. His experience coupled with outstanding communication and organizational skills allow him to efficiently manage the workforce on a daily basis. Sergio is OSHA safety certified and works alongside our Safety Director to strictly enforce safe work habits on all projects by all trades.

Greg Garland, an 18 year construction management veteran, has managed a diverse range of construction and development projects. He has successfully completed numerous assignments ranging from ground up to tenant fit-ups of commercial, educational and laboratory buildings. Greg works closely with clients and project teams to establish specific goals and requirements of each project, and ensure cost control, value engineering and budget is met through completion.

Joe is a graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. For the past 10 years he has been with J.C. Anderson, Inc., Joe has developed into one of J.C. Anderson, Inc.’s most requested managers. His broad experience and unique ability to understand the concerns of all sides involved in the project is one of Joe’s strongest traits. Joe also has a 40 hours OSHA certification and strictly enforces safe work habits on all projects by all trades.

Seth brings more than 18 years of experience to his role as project executive at J.C. Anderson, Inc. He has completed a multitude of tenant interior projects as well as renovation and ground-up work in: commercial offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare, entertainment, and institutional and municipal projects. Seth’s knowledge and experience provide the skills to go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of his clients. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Administration.

Anthony Douglas brings 28 years of experience in interior construction of complex and diverse projects. Combined with his proven ability to get projects completed on time and within budget, Anthony is a great asset to any team. He has a proven background in policy development and quality assurance with an outstanding history of managing projects from initial conception, through development, and implementation. With an extensive experience in estimating, scheduling, purchasing, cost control, engineering, project closeout and overall project coordination, he has a stellar record of bringing projects in on schedule and within budget. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

John brings 16 years of project management experience in commercial real estate. With a proven background in tenant build-outs, additions, renovation and new construction projects, John will lead teams on estimating, scheduling, purchasing, cost control and engineering. His strong communication and organization skills with owners, architects and project team members, with his proven ability to complete projects on time and within budget, make John a great asset to any team. John received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Illinois State University.

Michael Power has more than 20 years of Accounting experience in the real estate development and construction industry. As Treasurer of J.C. Anderson, Inc., Mr. Power is responsible for the corporate finances; including budgeting, analysis, taxes and audits as well as managing the firm’s accounting department. He also oversees the Human Resources, Insurance and IT functions for the company.

Bill is a dynamic construction executive with 20 years of experience in sales, estimating, pre-construction consulting and project management for commercial interiors, education and mixed-use development projects. Bill has held various construction industry positions including Project Engineer, Estimator, Chief Estimator and Business Development Director for a $100 million revenue business. As Vice President, Mr. Burfeind will oversee J.C. Anderson’s group sales and business development including account management and project delivery.

Steve has nearly 40 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. In 1986, he joined J.C. Anderson, Inc. as a journeyman carpenter. Over the years, he learned many aspects of the interior construction process as he elevated his position from Field Superintendent up to Vice President. His combined leadership, management, knowledge and service-minded approach make him a natural fit for his role as Chief Operating Officer.

Michael Yazbec has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry. As President of J.C. Anderson, Inc., Mr. Yazbec serves on the company’s Board as well as leads new business development, management, strategy and marketing to assist with the firm’s expansion efforts. Mr. Yazbec holds a Masters degree in Architecture and a Bachelors degree in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
