CHICAGO, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a 12,000 square foot interior build-out for the expansion of Jackson Lewis within 150 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago.

Located on the 24th Floor of the Smurfit-Stone Building, Jackson Lewis is a law firm dedicated to representing management in workplace law. The expansion included the addition of private offices, open work areas, a kitchen, an IDF room and a conference room which all feature high-end finishes. Joe Maguire was the project manager for J.C. Anderson, Inc. and Bob Hickey served as the project superintendent. Architectural services were provided by Gensler Architects and construction management was overseen by Studley.

The Smurfit-Stone Building is a 41-story high-rise office building constructed in 1982. The property, more commonly known as the “diamond building” is among the most recognizable sky-scrapers in Chicago.
