ELMHURST, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a 15,000 square foot office renovation and expansion for Morgan Stanley at 111 S. Pfingsten Road in Deerfield, Illinois.

Founded in 1935, Morgan Stanley is a global financial services firm and a market leader in securities, asset management and credit services. J.C. Anderson, Inc. has been hired to complete renovations on the 2nd floor including new carpet and paint throughout. Morgan Stanley is also expanding to the 4th floor of the property, where J.C. Anderson, Inc. will complete a gut-rehab and reconfiguration to incorporate new private offices and open work areas.

“The project has been phased over the next two months, and a majority of the work will be done on weekends to ensure Morgan Stanley’s operations go undisturbed,” said Seth Erlich, project manager for J.C. Anderson, Inc. “We expect to wrap-up construction at the end of this year.”

Erlich is the project manager and Steve Perry is the superintendent for J.C. Anderson, Inc. Wight & Co. is providing the architectural services. J.C. Anderson, Inc. has completed several projects on behalf of Morgan Stanley throughout the Chicagoland area.
