(Elmhurst, Illinois) – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a 9,000 square foot build-out to DePaul University’s Chartwells Cafeteria on the Loop Campus.

J.C. Anderson, Inc. will complete a 9,000 square foot build-out to the Chartwells Cafeteria located at 1 E. Jackson Street in Chicago. The firm will renovate the 11th floor cafeteria space to include an all new dining area, equipment as well as food prep stations. The construction is scheduled for completion in September.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson, Inc. is led by Chief Operating Officer Steve Boulukos and Project Executive Joe Maguire. Heath Caldwell – Nvironment Architecture is providing the architectural services. Construction management responsibilities are being coordinated by Katrina Latendorf from DePaul University.
