ELMHURST, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to build-out 27,779 square feet of medical office space within the York Street Medical Office Building located at 133 Brush Hill Road in Elmhurst, Illinois. The facility is connected to the newly constructed campus for Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare (formerly Elmhurst Memorial Hospital).
Owner of York Street Medical, HC Elmhurst West I, LLC has selected J.C. Anderson, Inc. to complete the build-out of five tenant suites for the new building’s first residents including: M&M Orthopedics, Cardiac Surgery, Midwest Heart, Elmhurst Clinic and EHMC Timeshare. This extensive conversion of raw space located on the first, second and third floors will feature: patient treatment areas, over 50 exam rooms, doctor offices, rehab gym, x-ray services, conference areas, nurse stations and break rooms. The project has an aggressive schedule and will finish within weeks of the core and shell project completion.
Jim Schumacher is the principal and Dave Goss along with Dan Burnette are the project managers for J.C. Anderson, Inc., that will be leading the project. Pratt Design Studio Ltd. is providing architectural services. Completion is scheduled for late Fall 2011.
