CHICAGO, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a renovation to the John T. Richardson Library at DePaul University.
Located at 2350 N. Kenmore in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, J.C. Anderson, Inc. will complete interior alterations to the existing partitions, finishes, doors, frames and hardware. The project also includes upgrades for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as well as a new fire protection system. The interior general contractor will incorporate high-end millwork design elements throughout the space including a barrel drywall ceiling and millwork finishes.

J.C. Anderson, Inc.’s Steve Boulukos is the project executive and Vasilko & Architects Associates is providing architectural services. This project will be completed in conjunction with the 50,000 square foot build-out J.C. Anderson, Inc. is underway on for DePaul’s College of Education. Both projects are scheduled for completion in summer 2013.
