J.C. Anderson, Inc. Completes Construction Project at 29 N. Wacker in Chicago

CHICAGO, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a $3.5 million, 13-floor interior renovation at 29 N. Wacker Drive in Chicago.

J.C. Anderson, Inc. was hired by the property manager, NAI Hiffman, to complete the renovations to this 13-story structure. The project included improvements to the common areas, corridors, and restroom facilities. J.C. Anderson, Inc. also was responsible for the complete renovation of the lobby and parking garage as part of ownership’s a strategy to reposition the building for renewed leasing efforts.

Tom Raveret was the project manager for J.C. Anderson, Inc. Shea Architects provided the architectural services. 29 N. Wacker Drive is a 133,022 square foot commercial office property located at the southeast corner of Wacker Drive and Washington Avenue in Chicago’s Loop. The 13-story office property was constructed in 1961 and features street level retail space.
