CHICAGO, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected for a 20,000 square foot office build-out for UBS Financial Services at One North Wacker in Chicago.

A leading wealth management firm, UBS Financial Services selected J.C. Anderson, Inc. to renovate its existing office space on the 25th floor of the property. The phased project will include improvements to the elevator corridor, lobby and conference rooms and feature the use of stone, glass and millwork.

“We are pleased to have been selected by UBS for this extensive renovation project,” said Joe Maguire, project manager for J.C. Anderson, Inc. “As the offices are currently occupied, we will be completing this project through several phases so as to minimize the disruption to the firm’s operations and also remain on their required schedule.”

Thomas Bean is the project executive for J.C. Anderson, Inc. and Project Manager Joe Maguire and Superintendent Steve Perry will lead the construction team. Vocon, Inc. is providing the architectural services. Construction of the space is scheduled for completion in summer 2013.
