CHICAGO, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to remodel 51,400 square feet of office space located at 5515 N. East River Road in Chicago for F.H. Paschen, S.N. Nielson (FHPSNN).
The owner of the 120,000 square foot office building, Catfish Point, LLC, has selected J.C. Anderson, Inc. to remodel two full floors of the facility which include an open office space area, conference rooms, executive offices, café/break room and support areas. J.C. Anderson, Inc. will bring the building into to current ADA compliance as well as reuse or recycle existing raised flooring, mechanical equipment, ceiling material, furniture partitions, doors, door frames, and hardware where appropriate.
FHPSNN is relocating their offices from 8725 W. Higgins Road in Chicago to this facility. The general contractor, founded and led by CEO Frank H. Paschen, has been an industry leader in the civil, institutional, and commercial industries for over 30 years. Today, FHPSNN has offices across the country with corporate headquarters in Chicago and regional offices in Miami, Florida; Santa Fe Springs, California; Washington, D.C.; New Orleans, Louisiana; and Indianapolis, Indiana.
Bruce Sturgis is the principal and Tom Wold is the project manager for J.C. Anderson, Inc. Gensler is providing architectural services with completion scheduled for fall 2011.
