CHICAGO, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a 50,000 square foot build-out on behalf of DePaul University’s College of Education at 2247 N. Halsted in Chicago.
Located in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, DePaul University is relocating its College of Education from another area facility. J.C. Anderson, Inc. will complete the build-out at the new space which will include classrooms, conference rooms, meeting rooms and tutoring rooms. Additional space will also be constructed for counseling facilities, faculty offices and a dedicated server room. The design and construction will utilize many green building practices.
J.C. Anderson, Inc.’s Steve Boulukos is the project executive and Vasilko & Architects Associates is providing architectural services. The project is scheduled for completion in June 2013.
