ELMHURST, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has recently completed a 72,000 square foot office build-out on behalf of BP in Warrenville, Illinois.
BP is one of the world’s largest energy companies, providing its customers with fuel for transportation, energy for heat and light, retail services and petrochemicals products for everyday items. The firm is relocating its Warrenville, Illinois offices from 150 W. Warrenville Road to 28100 Torch Parkway within the Cantera II office development. J.C. Anderson, Inc. completed the 72,000 square foot office renovation on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the property as well as lower-level training rooms.
The project included the complete demolition and recycling of the existing furniture, all of which was donated to a repurpose program. J.C. Anderson, Inc. then completed the construction of new offices, work stations and training rooms including new carpeting and paint as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing modifications throughout the space. Daniel Tannhauser, project manager for J.C. Anderson, Inc., led the BP office renovations, and Darrel Panfil was the project superintendent on behalf of the firm. Design Organization provided the architectural services.
