J.C. Anderson, Inc. Selected For 22,132 Square Foot Office Build-Out For Leeco Steel

CHICAGO, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to build-out 22,132 square feet of office space within Arboretum Lakes, located at 1011 Warrenville Road in Lisle, Illinois on behalf of Leeco Steel.

The owner of Arboretum Lakes, Millbrook Real Estate LLC, has selected J.C. Anderson, Inc. for the 12-week complete gut and remodel project for the property’s new tenant, Leeco Steel. J.C. Anderson, Inc. will build-out interior offices, perimeter offices, a server room, conference rooms and a coffee/break area. The project features new acoustical ceilings and exposed areas of ceiling which will accommodate new lighting and mechanical systems. Finishes will include the use of high-end millwork with solid surfaces, hard tile and steel accents.

Leeco Steel, part of the O’Neal Steel family of companies, is a trusted resource for carbon, HSLA, alloy steels and specialty grades not available from other distributors. The company offers extra-high-strength and abrasion-resistant steel, including nonstandard lengths and thicknesses.

Leading the project team for J.C. Anderson, Inc. are Daniel Tannhauser serving as principal and Joe Maguire as Project manager. Janet Lougee of Wight & Company (original release incorrectly stated Wight Architects) will provide architectural services. Jen Sweeney with Millbrook Real Estate LLC will provide Project Management Services. Completion is scheduled for December 2011.
