J.C. Anderson, Inc.’s Sergio Rivota, Anthony Douglas and Marty Powers helped put together a very special exhibit at the 2016 SOFA CHICAGO Design Reception.

This event brought together top professionals in art, architecture, and design to discuss how art selection can create high-impact spaces. This particular exhibit was presented in honor of World AIDS Day. A collaboration with CBRE, DIFFA Chicago, Designer Richard Cassis and Designer and dedicated volunteer Jake Theisen, LIFE : FIGHT : LOVE created a “living room” for HIV/AIDS survivor Jim Petrakis. Jim lived in this intimate and challenging space throughout the Fair, sharing his LIFE, his FIGHT with the disease, and his LOVE for family, friends, doctors, researchers and drug companies who played a role in restoring his health. JCA is very proud to have helped bring this space to life.
