Elmhurst, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed 20,000 square feet of tenant improvements for W.R. Berkley Corporation in Chicago, Illinois. J.C. Anderson, Inc. was selected for the project by property manager, CB Richard Ellis.

The project included renovations at multiple locations within Chicago’s Central Business District at 311 S. Wacker Drive and 303 W. Madison. J.C. Anderson, Inc. completed the renovations under an expedited time frame in order to accommodate the firm’s relocation from another property within the area. The improvements included the construction of a high-end reception area, glass-partitioned executive offices, open work space areas, a large kitchen/dining area and an extensive IT room with supplemental cooling.

Joe Maguire and Tom Raveret, project managers for J.C. Anderson, Inc. led the construction team and ensured the project’s timely completion. Brian Elvidge of J.C. Anderson, Inc. was the foreman for all of the W.R. Berkley projects. Perkins & Will as well as Illekis Associates provided the architectural services.
