CHICAGO, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a two-floor gut rehab for the expansion of Italian luxury goods retailer, Salvatore Ferragamo at 645 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago.
The project included the complete demolition and reconstruction of the interior space utilizing a variety of luxury, Italian-made materials. J.C. Anderson, Inc. also constructed a new stone façade and store front featuring Italian stone, and the interior showcases Italian millwork, stone, lighting and intricately detailed ceilings. A new, independent cooling system as well as a stairway and elevator were also included in the renovations.
Joe Maguire was the project executive, Matt Kantro was the project manager, and Joe Rojas was the project superintendent for J.C. Anderson, Inc. The firm was nominated for NAIOP’s Awards for Excellence as General Contractor of the Year for this project. VOA Associates provided the architectural services.
