ELMHURST, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed more than 200,000 square feet of office renovations for the Career Education Corporation (NASDAQ:CECO) throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. J.C. Anderson, Inc. was selected by CB Richard Ellis for the construction.
The extensive projects were complete by J.C. Anderson, Inc. under a very tight schedule in various locations including: the Merchandise Mart and Presidents Plaza in Chicago; the Prairie Stone office complex in Hoffman Estates; One Century Centre in Schaumburg; and Corridors I and II in Downers Grove. The multiple office build-outs included the construction of training rooms, break rooms and classrooms.
J.C. Anderson Inc.’s Project Manager Daniel Tannhauser worked closely with IA Interior Architects and CB Richard Ellis to develop a budget and plan to complete these projects on-time and within budget.
