ELMHURST, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has recently completed a 48,000 square foot office build-out for the new offices of Millennium Trust Company within Commerce Plaza, located at 2001 Spring Road in Oak Brook, Illinois.
J.C. Anderson, Inc. was selected by Millennium Trust and project manager, CBRE, to renovate the two-floor, 48,000 square foot new office space to accommodate a two-site consolidation and relocation for the new tenant. The full-floor remodels included the construction of open work spaces, private offices, training areas, an IDF closet and server room. New cafes, collaborative breakout areas and complete restroom renovations were also completed on each floor. A customer-area facing design focus drove the high-end finishes that were incorporated into the reception area and boardroom.
Dan Burnette was the project manager for the build-out and Tom Bean was the project principal for J. C. Anderson, Inc. Architectural services were provided by Cannon Design and Project Management was led by CBRE.
