(Elmhurst, Illinois) – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed an office expansion and renovation for West Monroe Partners at 227 W. Monroe Street (The Franklin) in Chicago.
Founded in 2002, West Monroe Partners is a full-service North American business and technology consultancy. The firm has 12 offices throughout the United States and has a team of more than 750. The construction included an expansion and renovations to an adjacent space for West Monroe Partners on the 11th floor of The Franklin. The new space features an open office environment, auxiliary spaces and smart conference/meeting rooms. The construction team for J.C. Anderson, Inc. was led by Project Executive John Angelovich, Project Manager Matt Kantro, and Superintendent Jose Verduzco. Garnett Architects provided the architectural services.
The Franklin consists of two connected properties, 222 W. Adams Street and 227 W. Monroe Street, and is located in the heart of Chicago’s West Loop. Designed by the world-renowned, Chicago-based architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, 227 W. Monroe was constructed in 1989, is 60 stories, and offers 2,514,433 square feet of rentable space. J.C. Anderson, Inc. also completed a 25,000 square foot build-out at The Franklin in 2014 that included 15,000 square feet of spec suites with an atrium lounge and a new 10,000 square foot fitness center.
