J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has completed a lobby renovation at One North Franklin (PNC Centre) in Chicago.

The project consisted of installing marble flooring with a Roman travertine pattern throughout all of the elevator vestibules, large floor-to-ceiling specialty glass panels as well as new elevator wall sconces.

Designed by renowned architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, PNC Centre is a 36-story, Class A office building. Completed in 1991, the property offers 617,592 square feet of office and retail space. Located in downtown Chicago’s Central Business District, the property offers close proximity to public transportation and is just steps from a myriad of restaurants and cafés.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson, Inc. was led by Project Manager Matt Kantro and Superintendent Dan Dunn. Gensler provided the architectural services and JLL is the project manager for ownership.
